Our name 'Beteseb' means 'family' in Amharic, reflecting our commitment to treating every guest as part of our extended family. We prepare our food using traditional techniques and authentic spice blends, staying true to Ethiopian cooking methods. Our dishes are served with 100% teff injera, naturally gluten-free and traditionally fermented. While we are vegan-first, we also prepare select meat dishes with the same care, respect, and authenticity.
